Things that poop a lot....
While we were in Chattanooga, we stopped by a fall festival. They had a petting zoo and pony rides. We bought Tyler a cup of animal food to feed the animals at the petting zoo. Since the cup of food was only a $1, every other parent that had come before us did the same thing. This meant the animals were beyond full and refused to eat anymore. This really made Tyler mad because he had a cup of food to feed the animals and come you know what or high water he was going to feed them. He tried everything. He poured the food on their heads. He tried shoving it in their mouths. He begged then demanded they eat. Finally in desperation, he poured the food on the floor and told them to, "eat it later."
Pumpkin Carving
This is the pumpkin I carved. My boys would argue and say it was a group effort, but I'd have to call them liars. They bought the pumpkin, scrapped some of the guts out, and then disappeared on me. They would occasionally stop by and admire the pumpkin, and ask if I needed any help, but then they would disappear again to ride ponies or eat candy before I could take them up on their offer.
Chattanooga
Last week we packed up everything including the kitchen sink and headed out to Chattanooga.
We went to Rock City, and I got some really good pictures of Colin because he cooperated.
For a little while...
Sam and Tyler don't really do cooperation.
They do things like climb rocks that say DO NOT CLIMB!
And eat everybody else's chocolate treat.

Seriously....
Please note this conversation took place while I was in the shower...
Ty: Mommy can I jump on the train table?
Me: No! Absolutely not!
Ty: I do it all the time...
Me: No! If you do it, you are going to be in big trouble.
Ty: How about if I just close the door so you don't hear me do it?

3 Stitches
Tyler fell down the stairs at a friend's house and gashed his head open.
So we went to the Emergency Room. They numbed him up...
And put 3 stitches in his head.
Tyler Being Awesome
Most people judge things based on whether doing them would be right or wrong. Not Tyler, his decision making process is centered around how awesome it would be to do something. It doesn't matter that he might break his arm jumping off of the couch, it's going to be awesome and therefore totally worth it. I know for a fact this is his thought process because he always informs me of how "awesome" a dangerous activity was after he completes it. "Mom that was awesome," "Mom that was super awesome," or "Mom that was totally awesome."
A Kodak Moment...Just Don't Look to Close....
I was browsing through the pictures on my iphone, and I saw this photo and thought, "How sweet is that!" Then I looked closer, and I thought, "maybe that's not as sweet as I originally thought." I'm not going to ruin the treasure hunt for you, but there is something very wrong with this picture.

Bowling
I took the boys bowling...
They got to wear cool shoes...
Everything went fine, until little brother bowled his first strike...
He got a little ticked off because a strike meant he only got one turn and brother got two...
Big brother was a little put off that his little brother knocked down all the pins before he did...
But in the end, we all had fun...
Except for the guy who cleans the bowling shoes...
Tyler kinda peed in his.
