Aunt Kelly's Wedding

Last weekend we went to the Great Wolf Lodge in Charlotte, NC. We were in town for Aunt Kelly's wedding, and it worked out that we were also able to have a mini-vacation at the Great Wolf Lodge. So in addition to watching the beautiful bride walk down the aisle, we also got to play in the indoor waterpark, go on a magi quest, get fake tattoos, tie-dye t-shirts, and make our own stuffed animals.

Family Pictures

Today we went to get family pictures made. You would have thought I was taking my entire family to get dental work done instead of taking them to play at Stone Mountain Park for pictures. Colin cried because I wanted him to wear his nice shorts. Tyler pitched a fit because he wanted to ride motorcycles all day, and Sam brooded because he didn't want to leave the house. I on the other hand put on my pretty dress, and was determined to make the day a success. It was an uphill battle for most of the day, but despite the fact that Tyler didn't want to look at the camera, Colin couldn't smile because he hurt his knee, and Sam couldn't follow directions because he didn't want to, Katrina assures me that the shoot went well. I look forward to seeing all of the pictures she took today. Until then, here are a few she took a few months back.
