Barf

You know your baby has reflux when your children ask to "barf" the baby instead of burping the baby. "Hey mom! Can I barf Annabelle for you?".

Multi-tasking

I'm pretty sure that's what pure love and happiness looks like.

His pet name for her is either honey or beautiful depending on his mood.

For a man who thought it was probably best if he only had little boys, he sure does seem over the moon about having a little princess.

I Heart Babywearing

This is my Beco Butterfly II carrier. Of all the carriers I've owned, it is by far my favorite. It allows me to have the full use of both of my hands when I'm out and about with the boys. I can even nurse in it. The other day I had all three kids at Wal-Mart. Annabelle was in the carrier nursing, I was pushing Tyler in the stroller with one hand, and I carried out six bags to the car with the other.

This is my moby wrap. It was a hand me down from a friend. Today was my first attempt to use it around the house. It has a very high learning curve, but after watching a zillion YouTube videos, I managed to tie at least one successful wrap.

This is my body glove neoprene water carrier. Technically, it's only for forward facing babies over six months old, but it works just fine for little ones facing in. Annabelle loves it because it regulates her temperature in the pool and she can nurse in it. I love it because it covers up most of her little body, and I don't have to worry about her jumping out of my arms. It also allows me to play with the boys in the pool.

Life with three..

This picture really doesn't do my current predicament justice. I've got one child laying on the top bunk holding a puke bucket because he suddenly developed "strep throat mixed in with the stomach flu" at the same exact moment I announced it was bedtime.

My middle child is in a tizzy because his daddy isn't home from work yet. I have been informed that he can't possibly sleep, brush his teeth, or go potty without his father present.

My youngest has a gas bubble she can't seem to expel.

So I am sitting on the bouncy ball bouncing my youngest hoping for a giant gas explosion from one end of her little body while I am ignoring my oldest's claims of being on his death bed. "Mom please don't kiss me tonight. I'd hate for you to have to ever be this sick". I'd feel bad for the kid if I didn't expect a miraculous recovery overnight. Most of all I'm ignoring my middle child who is currently making threats that border on terrorism of the Linton household. "You will call Daddy right now and force him to come home". I am still waiting on him to include an or else with his threats. The or else's are always amusing. "Make Daddy come
home or I'm not going to the game ranch, movie, jumpy place, etc. with you tomorrow".

Today I had a nice lady say she wished she had my patience. I think what she really meant was she wished she had my ability to ignore multiple children at once.
